THORVA Tile and Bathrooms

We aim to deliver all orders efficiently and safely. Due to the nature of tiles, bathroom products, and heavy goods, many items are delivered on pallets or via specialist courier services.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout the UK mainland.
Some remote areas (including parts of Scotland, islands, and offshore locations) may incur additional charges or extended delivery times.

If your postcode is affected, we will contact you before dispatch.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on stock and product type:

  • In-stock items: 3–7 working days
  • Special order items: 7–21 working days (approx.)
  • Large or palletised orders: scheduled delivery via carrier

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability or courier delays.


Delivery Method

Depending on your order, delivery will be made via:

  • Standard courier (small items)
  • Pallet delivery (tiles, baths, large orders)
  • Specialist freight delivery (heavy or fragile goods)

Pallet deliveries are typically kerbside only, meaning delivery is made to the nearest accessible point outside your property.


Important Delivery Conditions

For pallet deliveries:

  • Ensure there is suitable access for a large delivery vehicle
  • You may need assistance to move goods once delivered
  • The driver is not responsible for carrying items inside your property

Failure to provide suitable access may result in failed delivery charges.


Inspecting Your Delivery

It is extremely important that you check your goods upon arrival:

  • Inspect all items before signing for delivery
  • If packaging is damaged, note it clearly on the delivery paperwork
  • If possible, take photos at the time of delivery
  • Report any issues within 48 hours

Failure to note damage at the point of delivery may affect any claim.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • No access to property
  • Missed delivery appointment
  • Refusal of delivery without valid reason

Additional re-delivery charges may apply.


Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size
  • Weight
  • Delivery location
  • Pallet requirements

Large or bulk orders may qualify for discounted or free delivery (where applicable).


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of packaging and items
  • Do not install damaged products

We will resolve issues with replacement or refund where appropriate.
