Do you keep stock of all items?
We hold stock of selected items, however many products are ordered in from suppliers such as Verona Tiles and Frontline Bathrooms.
Stock levels can change quickly, so availability is confirmed at the time of order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product:
- In-stock items: 3–7 working days
- Special order items: 7–21 working days
- Large or pallet deliveries may require scheduled delivery
We will always contact you if there are any delays.
Do you deliver tiles on pallets?
Yes. Most tile and bathroom orders are delivered on kerbside pallets due to weight and fragility.
You may need assistance moving goods once delivered.
Can I return unused tiles?
Yes, but only if:
- They are in full, unopened boxes
- They are unused and in resaleable condition
- They are returned within 14 days of delivery
Part-used boxes or loose tiles cannot be returned.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
You must:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of damage and packaging
- Not install the product
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Can I collect my order?
Depending on stock availability, collection may be possible.
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm.
Do tile colours vary?
Yes. Tiles can have slight variations in tone or shade between batches. This is a normal manufacturing characteristic and not considered a fault.
We always recommend ordering extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future matching.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Trade accounts may be available for bulk or repeat customers.

Do you offer design or installation services?
We currently focus on supply only, but we can recommend trusted installers in your area if required.
